My motto is the following: behind every computer screen — on the receiving end of every blog post, every landing page, every A/B tested email — there's a human being with their own hopes and fears and desires. So the best way to resonate with them is to speak to them human to human, addressing both their fears and their goals conversationally and with empathy. No selling, just understanding.
